摘　　要：晋商票号的文书档案中,账簿是其经营的基本档案,主要通过分号定期编制"月清册"和"年总结"向总号报告的制度,对账簿进行管理。书信是其信息联通的重要文书,通过书信的编号、誊录、登记、寄送和归档等环节进行管理。合约是其创立时重要的契约文书,号规是其经营过程中的制度规范。它们涵盖了票号管理活动的各个方面,在票号经营中发挥了不可或缺的作用。Am ong the archives of the exchange shops of Shanxi m erchants,the account book is the basic document of its operation,mainly managed through the system of regular preparation of“monthly inventory”and“annual summary”reporting to the head office by the branches.L etter is an im portant document for its inform ation connection,managed through the links of numbering,transcribing,registering,sending,filing,and so on.Contract is an im portant document when the exchange shop was founded.The rules and regulations of the exchange shops are the institutional norms in its business process.They cover all aspects of exchange shops management activities and play an indispensable role in exchange shops management.
