摘　　要：目的了解北京市通州区健康人群流行性乙型脑炎抗体水平及分布特点,为新形势下采取有效的防控策略提供依据.方法随机抽取在当地连续居住6个月以上的健康人群,共250人,采用蚀斑减少中和试验测定乙脑抗体水平.结果2017年通州区健康人群乙脑抗体阳性率为84%(210/250),不同区域、不同年龄组人群乙脑抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、不同户籍人群乙脑抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论通州区健康人群乙脑中和抗体阳性率较高,具备防止乙脑大规模流行的人群抗体基础.应高度关注流动人口及老年人的防病及防蚊灭蚊宣传教育,持续将乙脑的发病控制在低水平.Objective To monitor the level and distribution of antibody against Japanese B encephalitis virus(JEV)among healthy people in Tongzhou district of Beijing,so as to provide basis for effective prevention and control strategies under the new situation.Methods A total of 250 healthy people were selected from local residents of over 6 months according to the random sampling method.Antibody were detected by plaque reduction neutralization test.Results The positive rate of JEV antibody was 84%(210/250)in 2017.The positive rates of antibody showed statistically significant differences among areas and among age groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in positive rates of JEV antibody among different genders and among registered population(P>0.05).Conclusions High positive rate of antibody against JEV among healthy people in Tongzhou district of Beijing formed an antibody basis to prevent large scale epidemics of JEV.Disease prevention for mobile population and old people as well as propaganda and education on mosquito-proof and mosquito-repellent should be concerned,so as to keep the incidence of JEV at a low level.
