摘　　要：介绍聚酰胺66连续聚合生产中滤饼式盐液过滤器和烛芯式盐液过滤器的作用和工作原理。使用新型烛芯式盐液过滤器后,增大了过滤面积,提高了盐液过滤效果,提高了聚合物质量和产品品质;细旦丝的白度得到提高,酚黄变等级得到增加,满筒优等品挑出率得到提高,实现了生产高效、成本降低的目的。The function and working principle of the cake-type salt filter and the candlewick-type salt filter in the continuous polymerization of polyamide 66 were introduced. After the novel candlewick-type salt filter is used, the filtering area is increased, the filtering effect of the salt solution is improved, the quality of the polymer and the product quality are improved, the whiteness of the fine-denier filament is improved,the level of the phenolic yellow change is increased, the picking rate of the full bobbin high-grade product is improved. And the purpose of high production efficiency and low cost is realized.
