摘 要:针对产品在使用过程中因质量特性退化引起均值和方差发生线性漂移的问题,文章利用质量损失函数度量质量特性偏离目标值造成的损失,利用容差平衡质量损失和制造成本,研究了多状态相关质量特性的产品设计问题。为了防止质量特性偏离造成质量损失过大,计划在使用寿命达到阈值时对产品进行更换。在综合质量损失、容差成本及产品在不同状态下运行的利润等基础上,构建了单位时间综合效益模型。通过算例给出了所提模型的应用,并分析了模型参数对设计方案的影响。Aiming at the problem of linear drift of mean and variance caused by quality degradation in the process of using the product, this paper uses the quality loss function to measure the losses caused by the deviation of quality characteristics from the target value, and employs tolerance to balance quality loss and manufacturing cost, analyzing the problem of product design with multi-state related quality characteristics. In order to prevent excessive quality loss due to deviation of the quality characteristics, the product will be replaced when the service life reaches the threshold. On the basis of synthesizing quality loss, tolerance cost and profits of products operating in different states, the paper constructs the comprehensive benefit model of unit time. Finally the paper presents the application example of the proposed model, and analyzes the effect of the model parameters on the design scheme.
