摘  要:对比了铸铝基体上环保型Mo盐、Co盐、Zr盐、Zr-Ti盐转化膜的外观、表面形貌和相结构,并通过硫酸铜点滴腐蚀试验和盐水浸泡试验对比了它们的耐蚀性.结果表明:4种转化膜都完整、连续,但微观上不够致密,适用于涂装打底.Co盐转化膜的耐蚀性最好,Ti-Zr盐和Zr盐转化膜次之,Mo盐转化膜最差.The appearance,surface morphologies,and phase constitutions of the conversion films formed on aluminum castings from environment-friendly baths based on molybdate,cobalt salt,fluorozirconate,and Zr-Ti salt respectively were compared.Their corrosion resistance were examined by copper sulfate dropping corrosion test and saline immersion test.The results showed that all of the conversion films were integrated,but not compact enough in microstructure,being suitable to be used as a base for painting.The corrosion resistance of Co salt conversion film was the best,followed by the Zr-Ti salt and fluorozirconate conversion films,and the molybdate conversion film had the worst corrosion resistance.
