摘 要:为探究克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)地理群体的形态差异,采用多元统计分析方法,对长江中下游6个克氏原螯虾群体(盱眙、合肥、沅江、武汉、潜江和沙市)的10个形态学参数进行测定分析。聚类分析表明,第一分支为潜江、沅江和武汉三个群体;沙市群体和合肥群体构成第二分支,亲缘关系较近;盱眙群体与其他群体的遗传距离最远。雌、雄虾4个主成分的累积贡献率分别为84.80%和86.29%。判别分析结果显示,6个群体之间的形态参数之间差异极显著。雌体的综合判别准确率为83.52%,雄体的综合判别准确率为92.23%。结果表明,6个群体的克氏原螯虾已经产生了一定程度的形态差异,可以从形态上区分盱眙群体、合肥群体和沙市群体,其形态差异主要集中在腹宽、腹长、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽和体长。A total of 10 proportional parameters of morphometric characters,multivariate analysis methods were employed to investigate the morphological variations and compare the identification of the geographical populations among six populations of Procambarus clarkia.The samples were collected along the lower reaches of the Yangtze River(Xuyi,Hefei,Yuanjiang,Wuhan,Qianjiang and Shashi).Cluster analysis indicated there existed increasing divergence degrees between Yuanjiang and Qianjiang groups and between Shashi and Hefei groups.The cumulative contribution rates of the four principal components of female and male crayfish were 84.80%and 86.29%,respectively.Discrimination analysis revealed significant differences among groups.The total discrimination accuracy was 83.52%.By contrast,that of the male was 92.23%.The results showed that the six populations of crayfish had a certain degree of variation in morphology,and could be divided into the Xuyi population,the Hefei population and the Shashi population in shape.Morphological differences among six populations of crayfish were mainly concentrated in the abdomen width,abdomen length,carapace length,carapace width and body length.
