摘 要:为探讨余姚市主要内河(余姚江、临周江、长泠江和湖塘江)浮游甲壳动物群落结构受生物因子和环境因子的影响,于2018年2月(冬季)、5月(春季)、8月(夏季)和11月(秋季)进行4次调查,分析浮游甲壳动物种类组成、优势种、密度和生物量以及群落结构时空变化特征。结果显示:4次调查共鉴定浮游甲壳动物39属67种,其中桡足类35种,枝角类32种,浮游甲壳动物种类数秋季最低,春、夏、冬季稍高且季节波动变化不大,但空间分布上具有差异。密度和生物量时空分布上,春季与其他季节差异显著,长泠江与其他江差异显著。优势种季节更替较为明显,仅长额象鼻溞(Bosmina longirostris)为四季共有优势种。溶解氧、水温和浮游植物密度对浮游甲壳动物群落结构影响较为显著。This experiment analyzed the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of species succession,dominant species,density and biomass and the community structure according to the four crustacean zooplankton survey date in main inland rivers of Yuyao during February(winter),May(spring),August(summer)and November(autumn),2018 to explore the influences of biological and environmental factors on the community structure of crustacean zooplankton.Results showed that a total of 67 species belong to 39 genera,including 35 species of Copepods and 32 species of Cladoceras were investigated.The number of crustacean zooplankton species in spring was the lowest.The seasonal differences of species number were minimal in spring,summer and winter,but a significant difference was existed in different rivers.On the temporal and spatial scale,both density and biomass of zooplankton were significantly different between spring and other seasons,also the same between Changling river and other rivers.Dominant species replaced more obviously in different season,only Bosmina longirostris was the common dominant species in four seasons.The main environmental factors that affected the crustacean zooplankton community structure were dissolved oxygen,water temperature and phytoplankton density,and the effects were significant.
