摘  要:针对数控系统中采用手轮完成已加工轨迹回退的功能需求,基于某国产数控系统,设计开发了可双向检索的数据链表,存储刀具轨迹数据,实现了在任意位置反转手轮时数控系统沿已加工轨迹回退的功能。同时针对手轮回退过程中涉及的速度控制、方向控制进行了研究,采用“分时采集、延后输出”的方法保证了手轮输入不确定的情况下输出脉冲速度的连续。最后,在软件仿真环境和硬件开发平台上验证了该方案的有效性。In view of the functional requirements of the numerical control system using MPG to complete the retracement of machined track,based on a domestic numerical control system,a data link table using for storing the tool path data is designed and developed,and the data link table can be retrieved in both directions.On this basis,the function of numerical control system retracing along the machined track is realized when the MPG is reversed at any position.At the same time,the velocity control and direction control are studied in the process of MPG retracement.The method of"time-sharing acquisition and delayed output"is adopted to ensure the continuity of output pulse speed under the condition of uncertain input of MPG.Finally,the validity of the scheme is verified on the software simulation environment and the hardware development platform.
