摘　　要：综述了表面活性剂在植物活性成分提取中的应用。主要介绍了表面活性剂在辅助提取、微乳体系提取、浊点萃取植物活性成分中的应用及其作用原理和特点,并对表面活性剂在提取植物活性成分中的应用前景进行了展望。The application of surfactants in the extraction of plant active constituents was reviewed.The application of surfactants in auxiliary extraction,microemulsion system extraction and cloud point extraction of plant active constituents and its principle and characteristics were introduced.The application of surfactants in the extraction of plant active constituents was prospected.
