摘 要:作为新型农业经营主体,农民专业合作社的发展对中国农业现代化的推动作用不容忽视。而合作社理事长的行为对合作社发展至关重要,不同类型的理事长会带来差异化的合作绩效。本文结合田野调查与理论分析,探讨了合作社理事长的产生机制。研究发现:中国农民专业合作社理事长的产生涉及经济逻辑和政治逻辑两个维度,企业家才能和政治身份是这两个维度的具体体现;两个维度的不同占比及其组合会衍生出四种合作社组织模式,每种模式对应一种理事长发挥作用的方式;随着约束条件的变化,组织模式会发生动态演进。研究启示:中国式农民专业合作社政治色彩鲜明,将政治逻辑和经济逻辑纳入统一的分析框架有助于深刻认识和理解中国农民专业合作社的实际运行过程。As a new type of agricultural management entity,the promotion of farmers’ specialized cooperatives have played an important role in promoting China’s agricultural modernization.The behavior of cooperative directors is crucial to the development of cooperatives.Different types of directors can bring about different cooperative performance.This article combines field investigation and theoretical analysis to explore the formation mechanism of cooperative directors.It finds that the emergence of directors of Chinese farmers’ specialized cooperatives involves two dimensions:an economic logic and a political logic.Entrepreneurship and political identity are the concrete manifestations of these two dimensions.Different proportions and combinations of these two dimensions will lead to four organization models,each of which corresponds to a way for directors to function.As the constraints change,the organization model will evolve dynamically.The implications are as follows:Chinese-style farmers’ specialized cooperatives have a clear political color,and the integration of the political logic and the economic logic into a unified analytical framework helps to profoundly understand the actual operation process of farmers’ specialized cooperatives in China.
