摘  要:课程体系改革是专业建设的核心。围绕医药产业的发展,构建合适的课程体系对专业建设、人才培养具有非常重要的意义。然而突出职业能力培养的课程体系在实施时却遇到了师资有限、资源条件有限等困难。为了推进课程体系改革,本文通过探索实施学校与企业(医院)“双教研室”的设立,落实了构建的课程体系,并归纳总结了保障实施“双教研室”的相关机制。实践证明“双教研室”的设立促进了课程体系中岗位实践技能强的课程开设、课程校企合作教材的编写、企业(医院)合作的积极性、兼职教师的管理,以及课程教学改革项目的建设。The reform of the curriculum system is the core of major construction.Focusing on the development of the pharmaceutical industry,building a proper curriculum system is of great significance to professional construction and personnel training.However,the curriculum system that emphasizes vocational ability training has encountered difficulties,such as limited teachers and limited resources.In order to promote the reform of the curriculum system,this paper implements the establishment of the curriculum system of the“double teaching and research section”of schools and enterprises(hospitals),and summarizes the relevant mechanisms to guarantee the implementation of the“double teaching and research section”.Practice has proved that the establishment of the“double teaching and research section”has promoted the opening of courses in the curriculum system with strong practical skills,the preparation of teaching materials for school-enterprise cooperation,the enthusiasm of cooperation between enterprises(industries),and the construction of curriculum teaching reform projects.
