自我效能干预对老年肿瘤患者睡眠及负性情绪的改善效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析自我效能干预对老年肿瘤患者睡眠及负性情绪的改善效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年5月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的老年肿瘤患者95例作为研究对象,按照随机单双数法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规性干预,观察组采用自我效能干预,比较2组患者干预前后的负性情绪评分及睡眠质量评分。结果:观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前2组患者的负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自我效能干预可有效改善老年肿瘤患者的睡眠质量和负性情绪,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of self-efficacy intervention in improving sleep and negative emotions of elderly patients with cancer.Methods:A total of 95 elderly patients with cancer in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(routine intervention group)47 cases and observation group(self-efficacy intervention group)48 cases according to the menthod of radom odd and even number.Then the negative emotions scores before and after the intervention and sleep quality scores of two groups were compared.Results:The sleep quality scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the negative emotions scores of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the negative emotions scores of observation group after the intervention were lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-efficacy intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality and negative emotions of elderly patients with cancer,so its clinical application value is higher.
