摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)检测在异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年6月厦门大学附属第一医院异位妊娠患者205例作为研究对象,均行经阴道超声、血清β-HCG检测,以病理学结果为金标准,比较单纯检测与联合检测诊断异位妊娠的价值。结果:205例异位妊娠患者中,行单纯经阴道超声检测184例,单纯经血清β-HCG检测186例,联合检测204例,联合检测异位妊娠率明显高于单纯检测差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对异位妊娠诊断的敏感性、特异性及阳性预测值上,联合检测显著高于单纯检测,而阴性预测值上联合检测低于单纯检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠质量203评分结果显示,所有患者PSQI评分均大于5分,提示患者均存在睡眠障碍。结论:针对异位妊娠,应用经阴道超声联合血清β-HCG检测的早期诊断方式具有显著的效果,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 205 patients with ectopic pregnancy were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasound and serumβ-HCG.The pathological results were used as the gold standard.The value of simple and combined detection in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was compared.Results:Among 205 patients with ectopic pregnancy,184 patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography,186 patients were detected by serumβ-HCG,and 204 patients were combined.The combined ectopic pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of simple test(P<0.05).In the sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis,the combined detection was significantly higher than the simple detection,while the negative prediction value was lower than the simple detection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality score showed that all patients had a PSQI score greater than 5 points,suggesting that patients had sleep disorders.Conclusion:For ectopic pregnancy,the early diagnosis method of transvaginal ultrasound combined with serumβ-HCG detection has significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
