加速康复外科对直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的护理效果及睡眠时间影响

摘　　要：目的:探究在直肠癌合并糖尿病患者围术期护理中应用加速康复外科的效果,分析其对患者睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的直肠癌根治术治疗的糖尿病患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行加速康复外科护理。比较2组的临床康复指标及护理前后的总蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白。结果:观察组的伤口愈合时间、排气时间、排便时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,平均每日睡眠时间明显长于对照组;护理后7 d观察组的总蛋白、白蛋白及前白蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床在直肠癌合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理中应用加速康复外科护理,能够显著改善患者手术指标,降低术后不良反应发生率,提高患者的康复质量,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with rectal cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus,and analyze its influence for sleep.Methods:A total of 64 patients with diabetes treated with radical resection of rectal cancer in First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing.The clinical rehabilitation indexes,total protein,albumin and prealbumin before and after the nursing of two groups were compared.Results:The wound healing time,exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the average daily sleep time was significantly longer than that of control group;the total protein,albumin and prealbumin of observation group at 7th day after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group,there were all statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the complications rates of two groups were compared,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with rectal cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the surgical indicators of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after operation,improve the quality of rehabilitation of patients,so its application value is higher.
