摘  要:目的:研究综合护理干预对肛门疾病患者术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响作用。方法:选取2018年1—12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的接受手术治疗的肛肠疾病患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用综合护理干预。结果:观察组患者在术后3 d时的VAS评估值、PSQI睡眠质量评分均优于对照组,首次排便时间快于对照组,排便用时短于对照组,观察组的并发症发生率(4.35%)显著低于对照组(19.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为肛肠疾病手术患者实施综合护理干预,对缓解术后疼痛、改善睡眠质量均有积极帮助,并可减少并发症、促进术后康复,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients with anal diseases.Methods:From January to December 2018,92 patients with anorectal diseases treated by operation in the peopleundefineds Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:The VAS evaluation value and the PSQI sleep quality score of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the first defecation time was faster than that of the control group,the defecation time was shorter than that of the control group,the complication rate of the observation group(4.35%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(19.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with anorectal diseases has positive effects on relieving postoperative pain and improving sleep quality,and can reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.It is worth promoting.
