5E康复护理方案改善尿毒症血液透析患者水钠摄取不合理及睡眠状况的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析尿毒症血液透析患者5E康复护理方案对患者水钠依从性和睡眠质量影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月南通瑞慈医院收治的尿毒症血液透析患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予一般康复护理,观察组给予5E康复护理模式,护理2个月后,评估2组患者睡眠质量,记录2组患者水钠控制行为依从性。结果:在睡眠质量方面,观察组患者护理后睡眠质量改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在水钠控制行为依从性方面,对照组患者水钠控制行为依从性良好占75.0%,观察组占92.5%,观察组患者水钠控制行为依从性更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒症血液透析患者给予5E康复护理,可改善患者睡眠质量,提高水钠控制行为依从性,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effects of 5E rehabilitation nursing program on septic compliance in patients with uremia hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with uremic hemodialysis who were treated in our hospital from February 20 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The general group received general rehabilitation care and the 5E rehabilitation group gave 5E rehabilitation care mode.After 2 months of nursing,the sleep quality of the two groups was evaluated,and the water-sodium control behavior compliance of the two groups was recorded.Results:In terms of sleep quality,the sleep quality of patients in the 5E rehabilitation group improved more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).In the compliance of water and sodium control behavior,the compliance of water and sodium control behavior in the routine group accounted for 75.0%,5E rehabilitation The group accounted for 92.5%,and the water-sodium control behavior compliance of the 5E rehabilitation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:5E rehabilitation nursing for hemodialysis patients with uremia can improve the sleep quality of patients as well as the compliance of water and sodium control behavior,which is worthy of popularization and application.
