摘　　要：大数据时代背景下,党中央已经作出了健康中国的宏伟规划,哪个省市率先通过供给侧调整实现企业战略并形成新的经济增长点,就有可能在社会和市场的转型阶段脱颖而出。在这样的大趋势下,四川省具有将大健康产业作为转型升级的优势和条件,依托大数据重构“大健康”,充分利用医疗资源优势延长健康生态产业链,打造智慧医养产业新高地,实现大健康产业集群发展的同时缓解养老压力、带动就业、促进贫困地区经济发展,为提高四川省整体的民生福祉提供解决方案。Under the background of the big data era,the Chinese Party Central Committee has made an ambitious plan about healthy China.Which provinces or cities take the lead in realizing the enterprise strategy through supply-side adjustment and meanwhile forming new economic growth points,it is possible to stand out in the transforming stage of society and market.Under such a general trend,Sichuan Province has the advantages and conditions of transforming and upgrading“the big health”industry.Relying on the big data,it reconstructs“the big health”industry and makes full usage of the advantages of medical resources to extend the healthy ecological industrial chain and create a new highland of intelligent medical industry.Be expected to achieve the development of large health industry clusters while alleviate the pressure of old-age care,drive employment rate,promote economic development in poverty-stricken areas,and provide solutions to improve the welfare of Sichuan Province as a whole.
