摘 要:为解决纯电动汽车存在的冲击电流对蓄电池造成的损害问题,本文以国内某款燃料电池城市客车为研究对象,采用复合储能系统,对电液混合动力客车的动力传动系统进行研究。对整车结构性能参数进行匹配,并对汽车动力驱动系统及动力系统的主要部件进行设计,同时对驱动电机、动力电池和液压动力参数进行匹配。研究结果表明,液压系统和蓄电池系统可以良好的协调配合,增加了混合动力汽车的行驶里程,避免了充放电大电流对动力电池的冲击问题。而且节约了电动汽车的电力消耗,减轻了电池组容量和质量,减小了电动机额定功率和质量,实现零排放,提高了回收效率。该研究为混合动力汽车的发展提供了一种新思路,具有较好的应用前景。In order to solve the damage caused by the impact current of pure electric vehicles to the battery,this paper takes a domestic fuel cell city bus as the research object,and uses the composite energy storage system to study the power transmission system of the electro-hydraulic hybrid bus.The structural parameters of the vehicle are matched,and the main components of the vehicle power drive system and the power system are designed,and the drive motor,power battery and hydraulic power parameters are matched.The research results show that the hydraulic system and the battery system can cooperate well,increase the mileage of the hybrid vehicle,and avoid the problem of high current and charge on the power battery.Moreover,the power consumption of the electric vehicle is saved,the capacity and weight of the battery pack are reduced,the rated power and weight of the motor are reduced,zero emissions are realized,and the recovery efficiency is improved.This research provides a new idea for the development of hybrid vehicles and has a good application prospect.
