摘  要:针对高速铁路列车上双列圆锥滚子轴承的工作特点,本文建立了高速列车轴箱轴承双列圆锥滚子轴承分析模型,利用理论分析和软件仿真相结合的方法,分析了OR-641157AC/VA3881型的双列圆锥滚子轴承在外圈剥落和外圈正常情况下的故障特征频率。利用三维实体建模软件CREO(Creo Parametric),建立了轴承正常和轴承外圈剥落两种情况下的模型,并将模型导入ANSYS分析软件,进行添加约束与驱动,同时对两种状态下的模型进行仿真分析和理论计算。研究结果表明,低阶模态振型对轴承的结构变化影响较大,尤其在低阶固有频率以下,轴承形变比较明显,振幅较大。仿真结果与理论计算结果相吻合,证明了所建模型与仿真结果的合理性和正确性。该研究为轴承的故障诊断提供了合理的方法。The analysis model of double-row tapered roller bearing for axle box bearing of high-speed train is established in this paper.The combination of theoretical analysis and software simulation is used to analyze the normal peeling and outer ring of the double-row tapered roller bearing of OR-641157AC/VA3881.The frequency of the fault feature is analyzed.Firstly,the model of bearing normal and bearing outer ring spalling is established by using 3D solid modeling software CREO.Then the model is imported into ANSYS analysis software to add constraints and drive,and the model in two states is simulated and analyzed.Theoretical calculations show that the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculation results,and the rationality and correctness of the model and simulation results are proved.
