摘　　要：近年来,要求高校图书馆对社会开放的声音越来越多,图书馆也意识到自身的社会责任。但面对资源不足等现状,面向社会提供服务对大多数高校图书馆来说确实发生冲突。文章以吉林省内的高校图书馆为调查对象,采用问卷调查法从馆舍条件、服务对象、服务内容、收费情况以及阻碍因素这五大方面设计调研问题。目的在于对吉林省高校图书馆社会服务的真实现状、创新项目及运营模式进行充分的掌握,通过分析结果针对存在的问题进行总结,最后提出可行的对策建议。构建适合吉林省地方情况的社会服务模式,实现高校图书馆更广泛的使命和价值。In recent years,there has been a growing demand for university libraries to open to the public,and libraries are aware of their social responsibilities.However,in the face of the current situation of insufficient resources,providing services to the society does conflict with most university libraries.This paper takes the university libraries in Jilin Province as the survey object,and uses the questionnaire survey method to design research questions from five aspects:the conditions of the premises,the service objects,the service contents,the charges and the obstacles.The purpose is to investigate the real situation,innovative projects and operation modes of social services in the university libraries of Jilin Province,and summarize the problems existing through the analysis results,and finally put forward feasible countermeasures,which helps to a social service model suitable for local conditions in Jilin Province,and realize the broader mission and value of university libraries.
