中医运动处方临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：目的:探究中医运动处方在临床应用中的现状及疗效。方法:运用文献计量法,整理近十年(2009年-2018年)中国知网(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)全文数据库网络在线收录的与中医运动处方临床应用相关的文献,进行分析与综述。结果:根据纳入、排除标准筛选后得50篇文献,系统分析结果显示中医运动处方的临床应用较广,对代谢综合征、颈椎病、心血管症状、阻塞性肺疾病、情志类症状以及运动性疲劳、亚健康等有着良好的临床疗效和优势。结论:太极拳、养生操、导引气功、保健功法等中医传统运动对多种疾病有一定的预防、治疗以及康复功效,但中医运动处方在临床应用中常作为中西医结合临床应用下的一种辅助治疗手段,一般不单独使用,且缺乏与相关病症的明确对应关系,临床研究体系不系统、不完善,其确切的临床作用机制还需进一步探究。Objective:To discuss the current situation and therapeutic effect of exercise prescriptions of Chinese medicine.Methods:By using the literature measurement method,the authors sorted out the literatures related to the clinical application of exercise prescriptions of Chinese medicine collected online from the full-text database network of China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI) in the recent ten years(2009-2018),and analyzed and summarized them.Results:A total of50 literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The results of systematic analysis showed that exercise prescriptions of Chinese medicine were widely used in clinical practice and had good clinical effect and advantages for metabolic syndrome,cervical spondylosis,cardiovascular symptoms,obstructive pulmonary diseases,emotional symptoms,fatigue in sports and sub-health.Conclusion:Taijiquan,Health-maintaining gymnastics,physical and breathing qigong,fitness-keeping methods and other Chinese medicinal traditional exercises can prevent,treat and cure a variety of diseases in a way.However,the exercise prescriptions of Chinese medicine are used as a combination of Chinese and western medicine in clinical application,generally not used alone.Besides,due to the lack of clear correspondence with related diseases,its clinical research system is not systematic and perfect,and its exact clinical mechanism still needs to be further explored.
