摘　　要：干燥综合征(Sjogren’s Syndrome,SS)是一种复杂的自身免疫性疾病,起病隐匿,临床特点多样化,可引起多器官的损害,如心、肺、肝、脾、肾等。笔者汲取多家学术思想,认为SS病机一为外感燥邪致病,一为素体阴虚,脏腑功能失调,气血津伤,日久阴阳俱虚。同时也离不开燥、瘀、毒等交结为患,因而治疗SS时,要整体治疗,因人因证,灵活遣方用药,在调理脏腑功能时要兼顾清燥解毒、活血化瘀。通过论述SS的中医病因病机、辨证论治及临床研究成果,以说明中医在治疗SS上有确切的临床疗效且较西医有明显的优势。Sjogren’s Syndrome(SS) is a complex autoimmune disease with insidious onset and diversified clinical characteristics,which may cause damage to many organs,such as heart,lung,liver,spleen,kidney,etc.The authors learned academic thoughts from many medical schools and believed that the pathogenesis of SS is caused by either externally-contracted pathogenic dryness or constitutional yin deficiency,disharmony of zang-fu organs,injury of qi and blood and long-time deficiency of yin and yang.Meanwhile,it is also inseparable from the combination of dryness,stasis,toxicity and other complications.Therefore,when treating SS,the overall treatment should be conducted,and the prescriptions and medication should be flexibly dispensed according to person and syndrome.Besides,the function of zang-fu organs should also be adjusted in such aspects as clearing dryness,detoxifying,activating blood and removing blood stasis.By discussing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment and clinical research results of SS,it can be concluded that Chinese medicine has definite clinical effect in treating SS and has more obvious advantages than western medicine.
