祛风通络方治疗慢性荨麻疹临床研究及对Ig E水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察祛风通络方对慢性荨麻疹的治疗效果及对IgE水平的影响。方法:将90例慢性荨麻疹患者,按照随机数字的方法分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组口服依巴斯汀片,治疗组在对照组基础上口服祛风通络方,对比2组患者治疗前后的症状评分、治疗效果、血清IgE浓度以及不良反应情况,对2组患者的复发情况进行对比。结果:2组治疗前临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组临床症状评分均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后的组间比较中,治疗组的评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ^2=8.663,P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清IgE浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后血清IgE浓度均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后的组间比较中,治疗组的血清IgE浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组各项不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组复发率为46.43%(13/28),治疗组为17.50%(7/40),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.639,P<0.05)。结论:祛风通络方治疗慢性荨麻疹,可以改善临床症状,降低IgE水平,提升治疗效果,安全性良好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qufeng Tongluo prescription for chronic urticaria and its effect on Ig E level.Methods:Divided 90 cases of patients with chronic urticarial into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received the oral application of ebastine tablets,while the treatment group was additionally given the oral application of Qufeng Tongluo prescription.Compared the symptom scores,curative effect,serum Ig E concentration and adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment and contrasted the recurrence of patients in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of clinical symptom scores in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=8.663,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of serum Ig E concentrations in the two groups(P>0.05),while serum Ig E concentrations were dereased after treatment(P<0.05).In the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the serum Ig E concentration in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate was 46.43%(13/28) in the control group and 17.50%(7/40) in the treatment group,and compared the two groups,difference being significant(χ^2=6.639,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qufeng Tongluo prescription for chronic urticaria can improve clinical symptoms,reduce Ig E level and enhance the curative effect with fairly good safety.
