中医五行音乐结合语言诱导对维持性血液透析患者生活质量和精神状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医五行音乐结合语言诱导对维持性血液透析患者生活质量和精神状况的影响。方法:选择维持性血液透析患者431例,按随机数字表法分为观察组215例和对照组216例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医五行音乐结合语言诱导。比较2组治疗前后的焦虑与抑郁情况及生活质量(Zhan生活质量量表),统计2组患者的满意度。结果:治疗前,2组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMA和HAMD评分较治疗前降低,且观察组HAMA和HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组Zhan量表各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组Zhan量表各维度评分较治疗前升高,且观察组Zhan量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=29.180,P<0.05)。结论:利用中医五行音乐结合语言诱导治疗维持性血液透析患者,可以改善患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量和治疗满意度,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine five element music combined with language induction on the quality of life and mental status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:Selected 431 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and divided them into the observation group with 215 cases and the control group with 216 cases according to the random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally given the application of traditional Chinese medicine five element music combined with language induction.Compared the anxiety and depression status and quality of life(Zhan quality of life scale) in the two groups before and after treatment and recorded the satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of each dimension of Zhan scale in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of Zhan scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the scores of all dimensions of Zhan scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,difference being significant(χ^2=29.180,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine five element music combined with language induction for patients with maintenance hemodialysis can improve the unhealthy emotion of patients,enhance the quali
