心理护理模式配合通督温阳灸对改善癌症化疗致白细胞减少症患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察心理护理模式配合通督温阳灸对改善癌症化疗致白细胞减少症患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:将53例化疗后白细胞减少症患者随机分为对照组26例和观察组27例,对照组在常规干预的基础上给予通督温阳灸联合升白汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理干预,2组疗程均为2周;观察2组治疗后白细胞计数变化,比较2组治疗前后心理状态和生活质量情况。结果:治疗后2组患者白细胞计数比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者心理状态抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),生活质量躯体功能(PF)、角色功能(RF)、认知功能(CF)、情绪功能(EF)和社会功能(SF)评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组SDS、SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而PF、RF、CF、EF、SF评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理模式配合通督温阳灸治疗化疗后白细胞减少症,可有效提高白细胞计数,改善患者抑郁、焦虑状态,并提其高生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of psychological nursing mode combined with governor vessel-unblocking and warming moxibustion on improving the psychological state and quality of life of patients with leukopenia caused by chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 53 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into 26 cases in the control group and 27 cases in the observation group.The control group was given conventional nursing based on basic treatment and governor vessel-unblocking and warming moxibustion and Shengbai Tang,and the observation group was additionally given psychological nursing based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The changes of white blood cell count after treatment were observed,and the psychological state and quality of life before and after treatment were compared in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the white blood cell count in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,in terms of psychological state,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).In terms of the quality of life,the scores of physical function(PF),role function(RF),cognitive function(CF),emotional function(EF) and social function(SF) were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of PF,RF,CF,EF and SF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of psychological nursing mode combined with governor vessel-unblocking and warming moxibustion for leukopenia after chemotherapy,can effectively promote the white blood cell count,improve the depression and anxiety of patients,and enhance their quality of life.
