小儿过敏性鼻炎中医诊疗思路探析

摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是一种鼻黏膜慢性炎症反应性疾病,在儿童中多见。笔者通过分析本病的的生理病理学特点,从肺为娇脏、脾常不足、肾主虚等角度揭示其鼻部症状如鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流清水样涕等发病病机;并从临床出发整理总结过敏性鼻炎的诊治思路,认为可从温肺散寒通窍、健脾祛湿通窍、升清降浊通窍、疏风通络通窍、温肾益气通窍等法治之,并强调临证时要辨清鼻病的寒热虚实性质,时刻顾护小儿正气,未病先防,为临床应用中医药治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎提供参考。Allergic rhinitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of nasal mucosa,which is common in children.By analyzing the physiological and pathological characteristics of the disease,the authors concluded the pathogenesis of the nasal symptoms such as nasal obstruction,nasal itching,sneezing and runny water-like nasal discharge from the perspectives of the following statements:the lung is the delicate zang-organ,the spleen is often insufficient,and the kidney governs the deficiency.Besides,the authors summarized the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis from clinical cases,and believed that the following treatment methods were effective in treating the disease:warm the lung and dispel cold to unblock the orifices,fortify the spleen and dispel dampness to unblock the orifices,raise the clear and direct the turbid downward to unblock the orifices,expel wind and unblock the collaterals to unblock the orifices and warm the kidney and tonify qi to unblock the orifices.The authors also emphasized that it was necessary to differentiate the nature of nasal diseases was cold or heat and deficient or excessive when practicing clinically,take care of the healthy qi of children at all times,and to prevent allergic rhinitis before it raises,so as to provide a reference for the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.
