摘 要:随着国内外天然强震动记录的积累和结构弹塑性时程分析的广泛应用,地震动记录输入选取作为结构抗震分析中的重要基础性工作受到日益关注。本文从结构时程分析的三个不同应用层次出发,针对面向抗震规范,面向场址设定地震,以及面向新一代性态地震工程的国内外记录选取工作做了系统梳理。首先对国内外代表性建筑抗震设计规范中的选波流程进行对比,对其中地震信息初选,调幅,选取数量,强度指标选择和匹配等多个方面的最新理论实践成果做了系统总结,评述了我国现行抗震规范在记录选取方面存在的不足之处。然后系统介绍了考虑场址危险性和地震参数完备性的(广义)条件均值目标谱/分布选波理论最新进展,总结了我国在该方向取得的研究成果,并对该方法与我国重大工程场址地震安全性评价产出的衔接以及推广应用提出了建议。最后以最新一代性态地震工程的全概率理论框架为基础,探讨了更好衔接场址概率地震危险性分析与建筑物易损性分析的地震动选取思路。未来我国强震动记录选取工作应当充分结合国情和实际工程需求,同时重视国内强震动记录的开发利用,推进理论成果的规范标准化与工程实践。With the ground motion accumulation and widespread use of structural dynamic analysis,more and more attention is paid to the ground motion selection which is the fundamental work for structural seismic performance analysis.This paper reviews the records selection work according to the seismic design framework,hazard consistent earthquake scenario and PBEE(performance based earthquake engineering).The ground motion selection procedure were compared in detail between different countries’seismic design codes from multiple perspective,including initial selection of earthquake information,amplitude scale,matching the target spectrum,and the number of records,et al.Then the existed problems in Chinese seismic code for ground motion selection are summarized and discussed.Secondly,the ground motion selection for important engineering projects considering the hazard consistency is reviewed.The history and recent development of corresponding state-of-art methods are reviewed including:CMS(Conditional mean spectrum),CS(Conditional Spectrum),and GCIM(Generalized Conditional Intensity Measure)methods.This paper then propose some suggestions on linking up with output of the seismic safety evaluation work and engineering practice in China according to the current theoretical advances in this field.The ground motion selection work in the PBEE is discussed,which could better connect the site probability seismic hazard analysis with structure fragility analysis.The ground motion selection work in China should consider different demands and pay more attention in the utilization of strong motion records in China,so as to promote the legislation of the theoretical achievements and verify the results in engineering practice.
