摘 要:为了减小钢管混凝土柱-钢梁框架结构震后的残余变形,提出了一种腹板摩擦式自复位圆钢管混凝土柱–钢梁连接节点形式。介绍了自复位节点的基本构造,并对其受力性能进行了理论分析。采用ABAQUS建立了9个边节点模型,对节点在循环荷载作用下的基本力学性能及耗能特性进行了研究,分析了钢绞线初始预应力、预应力钢绞线距离及数量、螺栓预紧力、摩擦片与梁腹板之间的摩擦系数等参数对节点受力性能的影响。结果表明,腹板摩擦式自复位圆钢管混凝土柱–钢梁连接节点具有良好的耗能和自复位能力;节点的初始刚度、临界开口弯矩和自复位能力随着钢绞线初始预应力、钢绞线的数量的增大而提高;节点耗能能力随着螺栓预紧力、摩擦片与梁腹板之间的摩擦系数的增大而提高。In order to reduce the residual deformation of concrete-filled steel tubular column to steel beam frame structure after earthquake,a kind of self-centering circular concrete-filled steel tubular column to steel beam connection with web friction device was proposed.The detail of the self-centering connection was introduced,and its mechanical properties were analyzed theoretically.9 numerical models of exterior connection were built up by ABAQUS.The mechanical properties and energy dissipation capacity of the self-centering connection under reversed load were investigated.The effect of the strand prestress force,the distance and amount of the strands,the bolt prestress force of web friction device and the friction coefficient of the friction plate and the beam web on the mechanical properties of the connection were analyzed.The calculation results show that the connection has good self-centering and energy dissipation capacity.It was also found that the initial stiffness,the imminent gap-opening moment and the self-centering capacity of the connection increased with the increasing of the initial strand prestress force and the amount of the strands,and the energy dissipation capacity of the connection enhanced with the increasing of the bolt prestress force of web friction device and the friction coefficient of the friction plate and the beam web.
