摘  要:通航渡槽与升船机是典型的交叉型水工结构物,在结构形式上分别类似桥梁结构及民建中的高层结构,属于强震作用下适合做基于性能的延性设计的结构,而《水电工程水工建筑物抗震设计规范》(NB 35047—2015)的基于强度理论的单水准一阶段抗震设计无法保证其延性性能。为发展通航渡槽与升船机基于性能的多水准抗震设计,从现行各相关抗震规范对比角度出发,分别就抗震设防类别、抗震设计思想、设防水准三个方面进行分析探讨,发现了《水电工程水工建筑物抗震设计规范》对1级通航渡槽与升船机提出的抗震要求过高,提出了通航渡槽适合两阶段设计以及升船机适合三阶段设计的可能性、揭示出各个规范在强度设计阶段的分歧以及后续需要展开工作。Navigation aqueducts and ship lifts are typical crossed hydraulic structures,which have the similar structural features of bridges and the high-rise structures of civil constructions respectively.These structures are suitable for performance-based ductility seismic design under strong earthquakes.However,in Code for Seismic Design of Hydraulic Structures of Hydropower Project(NB 35047—2015),the single-level one-stage seismic design based on strength theory cannot guarantee the ductility of structures.In order to develop performance-based multi-levels seismic design for navigable aqueducts and ship lifts,the seismic fortification category,the seismic design ideology and the seismic fortification level has been analyzed and discussed respectively by comparing existing relevant seismic codes.The comparisons demonstrate that Code for Seismic Design of Hydraulic Structures of Hydropower Project put too higher seismic requirements on Level 1 navigation aqueducts and ship lifts.Moreover,the suitability of two-stage seismic design for navigable aqueducts and probability of three-stage seismic design for ship lifts have been proposed.The divergence of each code in the stage of strength design as well as the following further work has been revealed.
