摘  要:为了确保地震作用下楼梯的安全,拟将隔震技术应用到楼梯之中以提高其抗震性能。本文研发了楼梯专用的新型隔震支座,并对其力学性能进行了系统的试验研究,包括支座的竖向刚度、水平刚度和极限承载、变形能力,以及支座水平刚度的剪应变、压应力、温度等相关性,采用SAP2000对隔震楼梯框架的地震反应进行了时程分析与反应谱分析。结果表明该楼梯隔震支座力学性能稳定,地震作用下降低了50%的梯板应力,隔震效果明显。楼梯隔震可以很好地消除梯板斜撑作用,使得结构刚度均匀,楼梯构件满足抗震要求。提出了一整套简便可行的新型楼梯隔震支座的施工方法与更换方式,用于该新型楼梯隔震支座的推广。此外,该楼梯隔震支座具有造价低,易于制作、施工和更换的特点,适合在砌体结构、框架结构和框架-剪力墙结构的楼梯中应用。A novel isolator which used to improve the seismic performance of staircase is developed in this paper.Systematic experimental study on the isolator is done,including vertical and horizontal stiffness,ultimate vertical bearing and horizontal deformation capacity,horizontal stiffness of shear strain dependency,horizontal stiffness of pressure dependency and horizontal stiffness of temperature dependency,etc.The time history analysis and response spectrum analysis of the seismic response of frame structure with isolated staircase are carried out by using the SAP2000.The results show that the mechanical properties of isolator are stable and its isolation effect is obvious.The stress of staircase slab is reduced 50%under the action of earthquake.It can eliminate the bracing effect of staircase slab and makes structural stiffness uniform.The elements of staircase can meet the anti-seismic requirements.A set of simple and feasible construction and replacement methods of the staircase isolator are proposed for the promotion of the staircase isolator applied to actual construction projects.In addition,this novel isolator has the advantages of low cost,ease of fabrication,construction and replacement which is suitable for the application in the staircase of masonry structure,frame structure and frame shear wall structure.
