摘 要:通过在ADAMS/Car中建立中前悬麦弗逊悬架,分析了悬架车轮定位角相应参数对煤矿辅助运输运人车辆性能的影响,并通过ADAMS/Insight对定位参数影响较大的硬点坐标进行灵敏度分析,确定了设计变量。在建立了多目标的优化函数后,通过正交试验设计得到了优化后的变量,并将优化前后的数据进行对比,验证了本方法的优化性和正确性。Through the establishment of McPherson suspension with middle and front suspension in ADAMS/Car,the influence of the corresponding parameters of the wheel positioning Angle on the performance of the coal mine assisted transportation vehicle was analyzed,and the sensitivity analysis of the hard point coordinates with great influence on the positioning parameters was conducted through ADAMS/Insight to determine the design variables.After the establishment of multi-objective optimization function,the optimized variables are obtained through orthogonal test design,and the data before and after optimization are compared to verify the optimization and correctness of this method.
