摘　　要：合理选择手动变速器换润滑油型号,对变速器齿轮寿命至关重要。配方恰当的润滑油,对齿轮的齿面形成不易遭剪切破坏的油膜,可以很好的保护齿轮齿面,避免干磨擦造成齿轮破坏性磨损,从而提高齿轮寿命。文章从一款实际应用的手动变速器的变速器润滑油选择出发,并对其台架试验测试,分析不同润滑油对变速器齿轮的破坏程度,给实际变速器产品开发带来参考意义。Reasonable selection of lubricating oil type for manual transmission is very important for the service life of transmission gears.Appropriate formulation of lubricating oil can form an oil film which is not easy to be damaged by shearing on the tooth surface of gears.It can protect the tooth surface of gears well and avoid the destructive wear of gears caused by dry friction,so as to improve the service life of gears.Starting from the selection of lubricating oil for a practical manual transmission,and the bench test was carried out to analyze the damaged degree of different lubricants to transmission gears,which will provide reference for the development of actual manual transmission products.
