摘　　要：复合铝基润滑脂是一类具有良好热变性、泵送性和抗水性的皂基润滑脂,自开发以来持续地受到研究关注和广泛应用。同时复合铝基润滑脂良好的基础油稠化能力和添加剂感受能力,使其可以制备满足多种工况要求的润滑脂。综述了复合铝基润滑脂组成和制备工艺对其性能和结构的影响,探讨了复合铝基润滑脂的成脂机理,并对复合铝基润滑脂的未来发展提出了展望。Aluminum complex grease is a kind of soap based grease with good thermal property,pumping property and water resistance.At the same time,the complex aluminum base grease has good base oil thickening ability and additive sensing ability.The effects of composition and preparation technology on the properties and structure of complex aluminum base grease are summarized,the grease forming mechanism of complex aluminum base grease is discussed,and the future development of complex aluminum base grease is prospected.
