中国共产党工人思想政治教育的安源实践

摘　　要：中国共产党选择在安源从事工人运动事业,一方面由于党对工运的高度重视,另一方面源于安源得天独厚的地缘优势以及安源路矿工人的群体优势、文化优势。为了激发工人阶级意识,科学有效地组织工人,中国共产党在安源开展了一系列思想政治教育活动,成效卓越。但由于党尚处于幼年时期,工人思想政治教育还存在诸多问题。新时代,工人思想政治教育工作应以史为鉴,紧紧围绕党的中心工作,依托党的自身建设,深入工人群众。The reason why the Communist Party of China(CPC)chose to engage workers’movement in Anyuan is that the CPC attaches great importance to the workers’movement and the geographical advantage,the group advantage as well as cultural advantage of Anyuan and the workers.In order to stimulate the workers’consciousness and organize the workers scientifically and effectively,the CPC launched a series of ideological and political education activities in Anyuan with excellent results.However,because the CPC was still in its infancy at that time,there were many problems in the ideological and political education of the workers.In the new era,the ideological and political education of workers should be guided by history and closely centered on the CPC’s central work,going deep into the workers based on the CPC’s own construction.
