摘 要:应用H.E.染色对麋鹿十二指肠、空肠和回肠的组织结构进行了观察。结果显示,麋鹿小肠肠壁由内向外依次为黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和浆膜层,肌层由内层环形肌和外层纵形肌构成。黏膜层向肠腔内形成环形皱襞,黏膜厚度从十二指肠到回肠逐渐降低。黏膜层由内向外分为黏膜上皮、固有层和黏膜肌层,黏膜上皮和固有层向肠腔内突起形成肠绒毛,上皮下陷至固有层形成肠隐窝。十二指肠和空肠的肠绒毛高而密集,分别比回肠高46.26%(P<0.05)和40.95%(P<0.05),而回肠的隐窝深度比十二指肠低32.89%(P<0.05),比空肠低19.17%(P<0.05)。从十二指肠到回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度的比值差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验为今后研究麋鹿消化道疾病的诊断、防治提供了科学依据。Because of the particularity of first class national protected animal,there are few studies on the intestinal tissue structure of Milu.In this study,the histological structures of duodenum,jejunum and ileum in Milu were investigated using H.E.staining.The results showed that the intestinal wall of Milu was composed of mucosa layer,submucosa layer,muscular layer and serous layer,and the muscular layer was divided to the inner ring muscle and the outer longitudinal muscle.The mucosal layer formed a plicae circulares in the intestine,and the thickness of the mucosa decreases from duodenum to ileum.The mucosal epithelium and the intrinsic layer protruded into enteric cavity to form intestinal villi,and the epithelium descended into the inner layer to form the intestinal crypt.Intestinal villus in the duodenum and jejunum were high and dense,and they were 46.26%(P<0.05)and 40.95%(P<0.05)higher than that of ileum,respectively.Compared to that of the duodenum and jejunum,crypt depth was lower in the ileum by 32.89%and 19.17%,respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of villi height/crypt depth between duodenum,jejunum and ileum(P>0.05).These studies provide a scientific basis for future research on the diagnosis and prevention of digestive tract diseases in Milu.
