中药超微粉对雏鸡生长及免疫器官指数的影响

摘　　要：为确定中药超微粉对雏鸡生长和免疫器官指数的影响,将250只8日龄雏鸡随机分成10组,每组25只,1~9组分别添加0.5%、1%、1.5%中药超微粉Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,10组为对照组,持续42 d。结果表明,3种中药超微粉均能不同程度地促进雏鸡的生长及其免疫器官的发育。其中以3、7组的增重最为明显,可使8~21、22~35、36~49、8~49日龄雏鸡的日增重分别比对照组显著提高了6.91%、8.47%,9.49%、17.53%,9.92%、9.22%,12.90%、13.33%(P<0.05)。以7组的胸腺、脾脏和腔上囊指数的提高效果最为稳定,与对照组比较,可使21、35、49日龄雏鸡的胸腺指数显著提高25.89%、14.94%、24.13%(P<0.05),脾脏指数显著提高14.83%、14.47%、35.76%(P<0.05),腔上囊指数显著提高18.75%、23.43%、18.59%(P<0.05)。本结果可为中药超微粉免疫增强剂的筛选提供科学依据。In order to determine the effect of ultrafine powder of Chinese medicine on the growth and immune organ index in chickens,2508-day-old chickens were randomly divided into 10 groups with 25 for each group.The 1to 9 groups were respectively added with 0.5%,1%and 1.5%Chinese medicine ultrafine powder I,ⅡandⅢ.The 10th group was the control group.The study lasted 42 days.The results showed that three kinds of ultrafine powders could promote the growth of chicks and the development of their immune organs in varying degrees.Of them,the 3 and 7 groups were the most obvious,and the daily gain of 8~21,22~35,36~49 and 8~49 increased by 6.91%、8.47%,9.49%、17.53%,9.92%、9.22%,12.90%、13.33%,respectively compared with the control group(P<0.05).The improving effect of thymus,spleen and bursa index of the 7 groups was the most stable.Comparing with the control group,thymus index of 21,35 and 49 days of age was significantly increased by 25.89%,14.94%and 24.13%(P<0.05).The spleen index increased significantly by 14.83%,14.47%and 35.76%(P<0.05),and the bursal index increased significantly by 18.75%,23.43%and 18.59%(P<0.05).The results provided a scientific basis for screening the immunopotenti-ator of ultrafine powders of Chinese medicine.
