摘 要:为研究不同浓度盐碱胁迫对异育银鲫的慢性损伤效应,将同等质量大小的120尾异育银鲫,随机分为对照Ⅰ组、盐碱胁迫Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ共4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10尾,每处理组鱼对应分别饲养在添加NaCl和NaHCO3水体中(NaCl和NaHCO3浓度梯度依次为0和0、1和15、2和30、3和45 mmol/L)。试验6周后,与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组异育银鲫增重率显著降低(P<0.05),血液红细胞及平均血红蛋白水平显著提高(P<0.05),随着盐碱浓度升高,血液白细胞及血小板数呈先升高后降低的趋势;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肝胰脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。综上,本试验条件下,高盐碱浓度水体对异育银鲫的增重及血液生理指标均具有一定的负面影响,能够引起鱼体慢性损伤。To study the effects of different concentrations of saline-alkali stress on the chronic injury of Carassius auratus gibelio,a total of 120 Carassius auratus gibelio with the same quality and size were randomly allotted into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 fish per replicate.Group I was control group.Group II,III,and IV were as experimental groups,which were farmed in conditions of saline-alkaline stress(NaCl concentration were 1,2 and 3 mmol/L-1,respectively,NaHCO3 concentration were 15、30 and 45 mmol/L,respectively.).The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.Compared with the control group,the weight gain rate in experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the levels of red blood cells and mean hemoglobin were significantly increased(P<0.05).With the concentration of saline-alkali increased,the number of white blood cells and platelets increased first and then decreased.ALT and AST activity of group II,III,and IV were significantly decreased(P<0.05),SOD and CAT activity of group III,and IV were significantly decreas(P<0.05).The results show that the high saline-alkali stress has negative effects on weight gain and blood physiological indexes of Carassius auratus gibelio,which can cause chronic injury.
