摘 要:为了解山东地区鸡源大肠杆菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和磷霉素耐药基因的流行性,测定了336株鸡源大肠杆菌(蛋鸡源153株,肉鸡源183株)对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,并检测了菌株中的ESBLs和磷霉素耐药基因。结果显示,336株菌对四环素类药物耐药率高于78.6%;对头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类和磷霉素的耐药率分别达38.4%~44.9%,26.8%~50.0%和28.7%。336株菌中,123株携带CTX-M型ESBLs,携带率最高的为blaCTX-M-9G(24.1%),其次为blaCTX-M-1G(15.5%),其中3.3%菌株同时携带blaCTX-M-9G和blaCTX-M-1G;fosA3检出率为21.7%,未检出其他磷霉素耐药基因和ESBLs基因。此外,肉鸡源大肠杆菌中fosA3与ESBLs的检出率均显著高于蛋鸡源大肠杆菌(P<0.01),且fosA3与ESBLs密切相关。本研究为山东地区鸡大肠杆菌病治疗的临床用药提供科学依据。The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of extended-spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBLs)and fosfomycin resistance genes in Escherichia coli from chickens in Shandong area.The MICs of 14 antibiotics of 336 E.coli isolates(153 from laying hens and 183 from broilers)were determined,and the ESBLs and fosfomycin resistance genes were also detected.The resistance rates of the 336 isolates to tetracyclines were higher than 78.6%,and the resistance rates to cephalosporins,fluoroquinolones and fosfomycin were 38.4%~44.9%,26.8%~50.0%and 28.7%,respectively.Among 336 isolates,123 carried CTX-M type ESBLs.The predominant ESBLs gene was blaCTX-M-9G(24.1%),followed by blaCTX-M-1G(15.5%).The detection rate of fosA3 was 21.7%,and no other resistance gene was found.In addition,the detection rate of fosA3 and ESBLs in broiler isolates was significantly higher than that in laying hens(P<0.01)and fosA3 had close relationship with ESBLs.This study provides scientific support for the clinical application of antibiotics in chicken in Shandong province.
