摘 要:堆内构件控制棒下部导向筒在制造时,首先由双联管、法兰和C形管等装配焊接成连续导向组件,再将其和导向板装入两片半方管内,通过真空电子束焊接而成,这类焊缝对强度要求不高,但对焊缝尺寸、接头变形控制的要求很高,目前国内主要采用真空电子束焊。通过对真空电子束焊和激光焊两种焊接方法对半方管组件Z2CN19-10NS奥氏体不锈钢薄板进行焊接,分析研究了不同焊接方法下的焊缝成形和接头性能及组织,探讨不同焊接方法对设备制造进度及质量的影响,以期为其在下部导向筒制造中的应用生产提供理论及实践依据。When manufacturing the lower guide tube of control rod,firstly,the duplex tube,flange and C-shaped tube are welded to a continuous guide assembly,and then the continuous guide assembly and guide plate are enclosed in two half square tubes,and the vacuum electron beam welding is adopted,the strength of the weld is not high,but the weld size and the deformation of the joint are strictly controlled.Through analysis of electron beam welding and laser welding methods used on two half cover plates which are Z2CN19-10NS austenitic stainless steel thin plates,the appearance of weld,the properties and microstructure of welded joints under different welding methods are analyzed,and the influence of welding methods on equipment manufacturing progress and quality are discussed,so as to provide theory and practice basis to different welding methods in the application of the lower guide tube manufacturing production.
