摘 要:为研究新型制冷剂及单管的蒸发冷凝机理,设计并搭建了一套性能稳定的综合换热试验系统。该系统可实现变冷媒、变工况的管外沸腾、冷凝和降膜蒸发等试验。利用西门子PLC和三维力控组态软件建立试验装置的控制采集系统,实现了试验装置的数据采集、自动控制与监控,显著提高了测试效率。同时,对光管管外凝结换热试验进行校核,结果证明了该试验装置的可靠性和合理性。In order to study the evaporation and condensation mechanism of new refrigerants and single tube,a new test device with stable performance was designed and set up,which could be used in vaporing,condensing and falling film evaporation outside single tube/tubes.The device also could be used for evaluating the effects of refrigerant,mass flow and tube diameter.And the control system was established using Siemens PLC and Sunway Force Control Configuration Software,which could realize the data acquisition,automatic control and monitoring.The test efficiency could be improved significantly.At the same time,the verification of the condensation heat transfer outside plain tube was conducted.The results showed the reliability and rationality of the experiment device.
