摘  要:为促进温室枣树增产,以灵武长枣为研究对象,研究不同浓度CO 2施肥对温室枣树果实品质及产量的影响。通过预设各隔间的CO 2浓度,且在枣树果实成熟过程中维持在设定值,其中处理T1~T4依次为600,800,1000,1200μmol·mol-1,对照(CK)为400μmol·mol-1。结果表明:随着CO 2浓度的升高,枣果的总糖含量、还原性糖含量、维生素C含量、糖酸比及产量有显著的增效;整体来看,当施入CO 2浓度为800μmol·mol-1时,效果最佳,其中总糖含量较CK提高70.16%,还原性糖含量提高64.46%,维生素C含量提高55.81%,糖酸比提高25.71%,产量提高27.84%;差异较CK显著(P<0.05),但与增施高浓度差异并不显著(P>0.05)。因此,CO 2浓度施肥能有效改进温室枣树果实的品质及产量,但增施过多的CO 2并不能有效提高产量。In order to promote yield increase of jujube trees in greenhouse,we investigated the effects of CO 2 fertilization on fruit quality and yield of Lingwu jujube in greenhouse.By presupposing the CO 2 concentration in each compartment and maintaining the same compartment at the set value during fruit ripening,the treatments T1~T4 were 600,800,1000 and 1200μmol·mol-1,and the CK was 400μmol·mol-1.The results showed that with the increase of CO 2 concentration,the total sugar content,reducing sugar content,vitamin C content,sugar-acid ratio and yield of jujube fruits increased significantly;Overall,when the CO 2 concentration was 800μmol·mol-1,the effect was the best,in which the total sugar content was increased by 70.16%,the reducing sugar content increased by 64.46%,and the vitamin C content increased by 55.81%,the ratio of sugar to acid increased by 25.71%,and the yield increased by 27.84%.The difference was significant compared with CK(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant with the increase of high concentration(P>0.05).Therefore,CO 2 concentration fertilization could effectively improve the quality and yield of jujube fruit in greenhouse,but too much CO 2 could not effectively improve the yield.
