摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在全面提升学科馆员的学科知识服务能力。[方法/过程]阐述我国高校图书馆学科馆员学科知识服务能力建设不足的现状及“双一流”建设对学科服务发展的要求,根据学科馆员的学科知识服务能力优势,将学科馆员分为不同类型,并组建梯度型学科化服务团队。[结果/结论]通过知识管理高级阶段知识共享、知识转移、知识转化三种知识行为,可以全面提升学科馆员的学科知识服务能力。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to comprehensively promote the subject librarians’subject knowledge service ability.[Method/process]The paper expounds the current situation of the deficiency of subject knowledge service ability construction of subject librarians in university libraries in China and the requirements of“Double First-class”construction for the development of subject service.Also,the paper divides the subject librarians into different types according to the knowledge service ability advantage of subject librarian,and forms a gradient type subject service team.[Result/conclusion]Through knowledge sharing,knowledge transfer and knowledge transformation in the advanced stage of knowledge management,the subject librarian’s ability of subject knowledge service can be improved comprehensively.
