近代英国城市环境污染严重的原因及其启示研究

摘　　要：作为世界上第一个工业化和城市化国家,近代英国城市环境污染十分严重,这其中既有不可避免的客观原因,也有认识偏狭的主观原因。梳理近代英国城市环境污染严重的原因,可以为当下中国城市环境治理带来推动工业集约发展,提倡文明简约生活;加快环境技术创新,发挥政府主导作用;积极进行环境绿化,科学发展城市交通;弘扬“天人和谐”观念,增强环境成本意识;确立先进环境理念,关注社会长远发展等启示。Britain is the first country in the world to carry out industrialization and urbanization,and the environmental pollution in modern British cities has been very serious.There are not only inevitable objective reasons,but also the subjective reason of narrow-minded understandings.Combing the causes of serious urban environmental pollution in modern Britain can provide the following enlightenments for China′s urban environmental governance:promoting intensive development of industry and advocating civilized and simple life,accelerating innovation of environmental technology and playing the leading role of the government,carrying out environmental greening actively and developing urban transportation scientifically,advocating the concept of harmony between nature and man and enhancing the awareness of environmental cost,and establishing advanced concept of environment and paying attention to the long-term development of society.
