摘  要:针对雨天积水的车辙会引发"水漂"而影响行车安全的问题,基于真实的、高精度的车辙检测横断面获取积水深度分布情况,将车辙断面划分为附着系数不同的4种情况,在轮胎-积水有限元研究的基础上,分别计算每种情况的断面附着系数,利用动力学软件CarSim模拟车辆以100 km/h和120 km/h的速度在积水车辙路段上的行驶过程,并采用车辆横向偏移量进行稳定性分析。结果表明,仅基于车辙最大深度的分析结果过高地估计了安全风险,对车辙积水区域的细分能真实有效地评价行车安全性。The presence of the water-filled rutting could lead to vehicle hydroplaning and affect driving safety. To solve this problem, the water depth distribution is obtained based on real and high precision rutting detection section, and the rutting section is subdivided into 4 scenarios with different adhesion coefficients. Based on the vehicle tire–water 3 D finite element studies, the section’s adhesion coefficient is calculated separately for different scenarios. The process of driving through road with water-filled rutting is simulated in CarSim under the vehicle speed of 100 km/h and 120 km/h,and vehicle lateral offset is output for stability analysis. Results show that the analysis using only the maximum water depth of rutting overestimates the safety risk, the segmentation of rutting water-filled area can truly and effectively estimate driving stability.
