摘 要:测定了大田条件下诸葛菜单花泌蜜量、单花花粉量和单花药花粉数量,以期评价冬绿肥诸葛菜的蜜粉源价值,指导生产应用。结果表明,诸葛菜单花药花粉数量为59444~99074粒,个体差异较大;长、短雄蕊间的花药花粉数量无显著差异;单花花粉干重0.8~2.4 mg/朵,平均单花产干花粉1.7 mg/朵;单花泌蜜量0~2.7 mg/朵,平均1.0 mg/朵;诸葛菜绿肥翻压前可产干花粉237.7 kg/hm^2,可分泌花蜜139.8 kg/hm^2。In order to evaluate the value of nectar and pollen of Orychophragmus violaceus(L.),and to guide its production and application,we measured the weight of nectar per flower,pollen per flower and pollen numbers per anther under field conditions.The results showed that there were 59444-99074 pollen grains in a anther,and there was no significant difference in the number of pollen grains between long stamens and short stamens;the moisture-free weight of pollens from one flower was 0.8~2.4 mg,the average weight was 1.7 mg;the nectar yield per flower was 0-2.7 mg with the average value being 1.0 mg;the dry pollen yield of O.violaceus was 237.7 kg/hm^2,the nectar yield was 139.8 kg/hm^2 before they were turned over as green manure.
