摘 要:[目的]探讨磷石膏资源化利用对玉米苗期生长发育的影响及可能引起的镉污染风险。[方法]采用盆栽试验,研究不同磷石膏添加量(0、5%、10%、20%、40%和80%)对玉米幼苗生长、叶片色素含量,以及对玉米幼苗镉积累的影响。[结果]与对照相比,不同磷石膏添加量处理可显著降低土壤pH,显著提高土壤电导率(P<0.05)。随着磷石膏添加量的增加,玉米幼苗的株高、叶面积、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均呈先升高后降低的趋势。磷石膏处理可显著抑制玉米幼苗根的生长,但对玉米幼苗茎的生长影响不显著。不同磷石膏添加量处理的玉米幼苗对镉的吸收均表现为地下部分大于地上部分;高磷石膏添加量处理(地上部分80%,地下部分20%~80%)可显著提高玉米幼苗地上和地下部分的镉含量。[结论]不超过10%的磷石膏添加量处理有利于玉米幼苗地上部分的生长和光合能力,且对幼苗镉积累影响不显著。[Objective]To explore the effect of resource utilization of phosphogypsum on the growth and development of maize seedlings,and the potential cadmium contamination risks that may occurred in the utilization process.[Method]A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of different phosphogypsum addition levels(0,5%,10%,20%,40%and 80%)on the growth,pigment content and the cadmium accumulation of maize seedlings.[Result]Compared with the control,different phosphogypsum additions could significantly decrease the soil pH,and increase the electrical conductivity in soils.The plant height,leaf area,total chlorophyll and carotenoid content of leaf of maize seedlings appeared in the trend of first increased then decreased with the increase of phosphogypsum addition.The growth of root but not the stem of maize seedling was found to be inhibited significantly by phosphogypsum application.The concentration of cadmium in all different phosphogypsum addition levels treated maize seedlings showed the order of roots greater than shoots.In addition,80%and 20%-80%phosphogypsum addition could dramatically increase the cadmium concentration of up-ground parts and down-ground parts of maize seedling,respectively.[Conclusion]These results indicated that phosphogypsum application,at doses not exceeding 10%was beneficial for growth,photosynthetic activity of maize seedlings up-ground parts,and could not affect the cadmium accumulation in maize seedlings.
