摘 要:以纤维素和3,5-二甲基苯基异氰酸酯为原料合成了纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯),然后将其涂敷在经3-氨丙基-三乙氧基硅烷修饰的硅胶上,制备了纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)液相色谱固定相.研究了该固定相对苯、萘、蒽、菲4种芳香类有机污染物的拆分性能,考查了流速和流动相的比例等主要因素对目标化合物分离的影响.结果表明:以纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)为液相色谱固定相,正己烷/异丙醇(80∶20,v/v)为流动相,在0.4 mL/min的流速下,4种芳香烃类化合物能完全达到基线分离,且分离度分别为R S(苯萘)=2.19,R S(苯蒽)=7.58,R S(苯菲)=15.42.该方法稳定性好、简单易行,在去除和资源化循环利用环境中的芳香烃类有毒物质有潜在的应用前景.Cellulose-tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)was synthesized using cellulose and 3,5-dimethylphenylisocyanate.The products were coated on the silica gels which were modified with 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane to prepare a cellulose-tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)liquid chromatography stationary phase.The separation properties of four aromatic organic pollutants including benzene,naphthalene,anthracene and phenanthrene were investigated.The main factors such as flow rate and mobile phase on the separation of target compounds were discussed.The results showed that the four aromatic hydrocarbon compounds can be baseline separated completely when cellulose-tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)was used as the liquid chromatography stationary phase,n-hexane/isopropanol(80∶20,v/v)was the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 0.4 mL/min.The resolutions(R S)of four aromatic hydrocarbons are 2.19,7.58 and 15.42,respectively.The method is stable and simple,which could be applied in the removal and recycling of aromatic hydrocarbon toxic substances from the environment.
