农地适度规模经营影响因素研究——基于CHIP2013农村样本数据逐步回归测算

摘　　要：农地适度规模经营可以克服家庭联产承包责任制下小农经营的缺陷,推动我国农业现代化发展.但现有相关研究视野较窄,计量标准各异,研究结果较为片面,普遍指导意义不强.因此本文利用SPSS 20.0软件,采取多元线性逐步回归模型,实证分析具有全国代表性的CHIP2013农村样本数据,能更加针对性的完善我国农地适度规模经营相关政策,增强其指导性.研究发现农地适度规模经营会受到户主及家庭特征、农地流转、劳动力转移、金融支持、制度环境五个方面因素的影响,并据此提出了加大新型农业经营主体、职业农民培育的政策供给等方面的政策完善建议.Moderate scale operation of farmland can overcome the shortcomings of smallholder management under the household contract responsibility system and promote the development of agricultural modernization in China.However,the existing research perspectives are narrow,the measurement standards are different,the research results are relatively one-sided,and the general guiding significance is not strong.Therefore,this paper uses SPSS 20.0 software,adopts multivariate linear stepwise regression model,empirically analyzes the national representative CHIP2013 rural sample data,and can more accurately improve the relevant policies of China's agricultural land moderate scale operation and enhance its guidance.This paper finds that the moderate scale operation of agricultural land will be affected by five factors:household head and family characteristics,farmland transfer,labor transfer,financial support,and institutional environment.Based on this,it is proposed to increase the cultivation of new agricultural management entities and professional farmers.Policy improvement recommendations in terms of policy supply.
