摘　　要：测谎和九步审讯法广泛运用于发达国家的刑事审讯领域,其中测谎被视为现代科学审讯两大基础之一,九步审讯法在发达国家被誉为“审讯圣经”。文章首先阐述测谎在我国审讯中的主要作用,其次结合一起内部盗窃案的成功侦破,阐述测谎与九步审讯法在审讯突破中结合运用的可行性和高效性,以期测谎与九步审讯法的结合的体系化审讯范式能更好地服务于审讯实践。Lie detectors and nine-step interrogation methods are widely used in the field of criminal interrogation in developed countries.Lie detection is regarded as one of the two foundations of modern scientific interrogation and the nine-step interrogation method is known as the“interrogation Bible”in developed countries.The article firstly explains the main role of polygraph detection in China s interrogation,and then combines the successful detection of internal theft case,expounds the feasibility and efficiency of the combination of polygraph and nine-step interrogation method in interrogation breakthrough.The systematic interrogation paradigm of the combination of interrogation methods can better serve the interrogation practice.
