摘　　要：公安指挥谋略具有施谋主体和对象特定、合法性和目的综合性等特点。强化公安指挥谋略训练是提高公安机关执法战斗力的必然选择,必须从改进公安局长训练模式、提高公安民警谋略应用意识,加强公安院校公安指挥谋略教学研究三方面进行。The public security command strategy has the characteristics of specific subject and object,legitimacy and purpose.Strengthening the training of public security command strategy is an inevitable choice to improve the law enforcement combat effectiveness of public security organs.It must be carried out from three aspects:improving the training mode of public security bureau chiefs,improving the consciousness of police tactics application and strengthen the teaching and research of public security command and strategy in public security colleges.
